存 EDGE is a two-year program that provides a comprehensive understanding of our company, the industry, the technical and functional skills needed for the various business areas, and the leadership skills required for success.

We also run a competitive summer internship program, aimed at university students who are interested in different aspects of the financial and technology industry. Many interns are selected for the 存 EDGE program, following graduation.

U.S. Program Requirements

  • University students working toward a Bachelors' or Masters' degree in: Business, 经济学, 金融, 会计, Computer Science, 管理信息系统, or Business and Technology Management
  • 至少3.2 GPA upon graduation
  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S, without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)

Program Requirements

  • Full-time undergraduates working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 至少3.2 GPA upon graduation
  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S, without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
  • Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
  • Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
  • Proficient with office technology, including Microsoft Office 365
